Toscana Tile Imports was formed to service Florida as an exclusive importer of Italian clay roof tile from Cottosenese, with the capacity to not only fulfill orders for builders and roofers but also as a warehousing facility to keep roof tile in stock and on demand. I am sure you are already aware and familiar with the current shortage and extremely long wait times for concrete roof tile, with delays of up to 10 months.

Toscana Tile Imports, however, can provide you with not only a far superior product, but also have it on your jobsite within 45 days of placing your order or within a week if in stock.

Manufactured in central Italy in a state-of-the-art facility using computer technology, our tiles are not only exact in shape and dimension, but inherently stronger and more durable than anything on the market today. They have received an A1 product rating from a Miami-Dade approved testing lab in Tampa, carry a Miami-Dade County NOA number, and International ISO-9001 engineering certification. Water impermeable and withstanding conservatively two to three times the amount of direct applied weight as opposed to concrete tiles, our tiles can easily withstand the abuse where others will literally crumble. Consequently in the testing procedures conducted at the laboratory, when the tiles were applied with the standard foam-down application and exposed to extreme uplift conditions, the foam application broke free of the roof with the tiles attached and intact!

In addition to their superior strength and quality, our Italian clay tiles are both architecturally and aesthetically beautiful. We currently offer 7 colors, and all are baked directly into the clay to ensure longevity.
